SHIPMENTS
For Italy you have four shipping options
- Below 100 g at a cost of €3.50
- Standard at a cost of € 6.70
- Express at a cost of € 8.00
- Over 100 € free (Coils excluded)
Transport on the national territory is entrusted to the Poste delivery business courier (excluding items weighing less than 100 g) and delivery takes place on average within
- Standard 48/72 hours
- Express 24/48 hours
These timings are absolutely indicative and may vary during holiday periods and/or according to the destination to be reached, for example in the case of Islands.
We try to offer you the best possible service, but unfortunately we are not responsible for any delays attributable to the organization of the Courier.
For shipments under 100 grams the price is €3.50 and is made with Posta1
For reels, the shipping price varies according to the weight
Within 5kg the price is €6.70 Standard Shipping / €8.50 for Express Shipping
From 5 to 10 kg the price is €8.70 for Standard Shipping / €10.50 for Express Shipping
From 10 to 20 kg the price is €12.70 Standard Shipping / €15.50 for Express Shipping

You have the right to request a refund for one or more products, or a product exchange, customized and pre-order items are excluded, no later than 14 days after delivery.

Elle Macramè reserves the right not to accept the return if the goods do not comply with certain conditions .
You must return the items in their original packaging and with all their original parts.
The items must not have been used before being returned and must not show any signs of wear.
The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must be returned intact, free of signs, writings or deformations that could compromise its resale.
Returned products must be sent to us in a single shipment: Elle Macramè reserves the right not to accept items from the same order returned and shipped at different times.
We advise you to choose a courier that provides tracking because if the package does not arrive, it will not be possible to issue a refund. Also, make sure that the products are well packed to avoid damage during transport.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not intact as at the time of their arrival.
The return or exchange request must be sent via email to the address:

- Name and surname
- Telephone number
- Order identification number
- Description of the product for which the return / exchange is requested
- Reason for the return / exchange
- Specify return or exchange request
If the refund is accepted, this will take place within 14 days of the return of the goods, excluding shipping costs.
The refund operation will be carried out by Elle Macramè by re-crediting the amount due, which will be paid to the credit card or Paypal account specified at the time of the order.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Elle Macramè will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
